This 2800 square foot Los Osos home was built in 1988 and now includes a downstairs master suite added in 1999.  The location of the one acre plus lot provides for a completely rural atmosphere yet is less than a mile from shopping, grocery, post office, etc.

This upstairs master suite features wood shutters that open out onto an upper deck.  This bedroom has a large  walk in closet, double sinks in the dressing room area and plenty of room in the bedroom for a study area or tv area.

The downstairs master suite has wood shuttered doors leading out to one of the lower patio areas.  This bedroom features a level entry from the garage into the family room.  The suite also has disability features.

This is the family room/office which adjoins the downstairs master suite.  This room also has a sliding glass  door out to the patio.  In the background you can see the breakfast area, also with access to the patio, and beyond, the kitchen.

The living room features a gas log fireplace (the fireplace was previously  wood burning).   Wood shutters are a beautiful accent to the expansive front windows

The dining room windows are also highlighted with wood shutters.  Sliding doors open onto the  patio. (Note: the chandelier in shown in the photo does not stay with the house and will be replaced).

This is a view of the the rear of the house showing the patios are on two levels.  The upper patio level with the umbrella is outside the dining room, kitchen, and breakfast area.  The upstairs deck in the center opens off of two upstairs bedrooms.  The covered patio below the deck opens into the family  room and downstairs master suite.
