Back yard outside the door from the dining area and beside the storage building/laundry. There is gas in the laundry, a 50 gallon water heater, more tile floors and lots of room for the surf boards and other toys.
The bathroom has new tile floors, claw foot tub with shower fixture, and pedastal sink.
Cayucos has a pier for fishing or walking or just enjoying the sunsets.
